Our boutique space houses seven Reformers and a range of small props, so we have all the tools to deliver 45 minutes of sweat inducing, leg trembling, arm shaking and core burning goodness. We offer a range of classes to cater for all people, so whatever your needs, we’ve got something for you!

Revive Total
A total body workout on the Reformer combining strength, cardio, balance and flexibility in a conditioning workout for every level. We strive to create a personalised experience in a small group setting, providing modifications during the class so you can work at your own pace no matter your fitness level or ability. We will explore a range of exercises and movement options whilst your experienced instructor encourages proper alignment, technique and muscle engagement to assist you in achieving optimal results safely and effectively. We will be working the entire body throughout these classes, spending time targeting specific muscle groups in order to strengthen and optimize results. Get ready to feel the burn and see the transformation FAST!
Beginner – Perfect if you’re beginning your fitness journey, recovering from an injury or new to Reformer! We focus on technique, posture and correct muscle engagement so this becomes second nature to you during classes. This class is no walk in the park though! Expect to feel a good burn, work up a sweat and leave feeling like you’ve worked every muscle in your body! *We suggest that all our clients partake in at least six beginner classes before moving into our intermediate classes.
Intermediate – Perfect if you’re a Reformer regular and you’re wanting the extra challenge! These classes are faster paced and include strength, balance, coordination and stability challenges. This class is higher in intensity, we turn it up a few notches so don’t expect to be leaving class without some rosy cheeks, some positively fatigued muscles and a shiny forehead!
Advanced – Our advanced classes are designed to challenge those of us who have been coming along to Reformer Pilates on a regular basis. Advanced classes require a strong level of baseline strength in all areas, particularly strength through the deep core, our “foundational strength.” Expect more advanced moves, less breaks and smooth transitions! We challenge our strength, balance, stability and technique in these classes so come prepared willing to give your 100%! You’ll love it!

Revive Stretch
These stretch classes start with a 25-minute full body workout to warm up your muscles, ensuring you get the most out of an indulgent
20-minute deep stretch to follow. We slow things down and focus on lengthening, strengthening & re-training our muscles through a range of deep stretch exercises carried out on the multi-functional reformer machine. We spend time gently extending your muscles to allow you to reach your full range of movement in a controlled and supported way. We will take you through a range of dynamic stretches that will have you improving your flexibility, range of motion and reducing muscle/joint stiffness to achieve an overall state of calm.
